Cauliflower Wraps|Meatless Monday

Cauliflower is such a versatile veggie. One of my favorite ways to eat it is as "Chik'n Wingz." Tonight for Meatless Monday I took it a step further and created a yummy wrap with them. Normally, I would pan fry them. But, this time I decided to try an oven fry method to save me some time and effort at the stove. I think it may also be a slightly healthier option. However, I basted them with olive oil to make sure they were crispy.


These wraps were delicious! To assemble I coated a tortilla wrap with vegan mayo. Then I added sliced sweet onions, sliced tomatoes and lettuce. I placed a few of the Cauliflower Bites on top and drizzled on some of the quick sauce I made to add more flavor. Here is a list of everything I used:


  • 1/2 of a Cauliflower washed and chopped into bite size pieces

  • Flour Tortillas

  • Flour

  • Cornmeal

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Pink Salt

  • Montreal Chicken Seasoning

  • Pepper

  • Olive Oil

  • Vegan Mayo

  • Ketchup

  • Soy Sauce

  • Veggie Broth
